While moisturizers can often soften the effects, appearance and prevention of wrinkles, a treatment especially formulated to help with wrinkles may be a better option. Q: Gel-cream formula or cream formula? I have congested skin prone to breakouts but I suffer from dehydrated skin too!

It's cream formula. I would recommend 'Beyond Hydration' from BioElements for your condition. If you can, keep it in the fridge as it seems to have a calming effect on your skin when slightly chilled.
