Q: If i used a usb power bank to power this convertor, what capacity should i get? i don't know how much power this thing draws.

You should be able to get the same usage rating. These converters don't draw much power. They only draw about 1.6watts. (320mA @ 5v). Just make sure the PowerBank is good enough and we'll charged.

Q: Can i use the usb on the back of the TV to power this? If so, will it cause interference with the hdmi also being plugged in the same tv?

Hi, if the usb on your tv provides 5v then yes you can, there should not be any interference.

Q: Does this converter introduce latency?

I’ve been using these converters with a hyperdeck and an atem mini pro and now extreme at least once a week for months now, and I haven’t noticed any latency. I haven’t measured or tested anything, for all I know it could be introducing .04 milliseconds of latency, but it doesn’t produce anything visible to a viewer.

It does not. You’ll need a usb c cable to connect it to a power source.
