Q: Is this hat 100% cotton??

The hat I received say 100% cotton except inside rim velcro/flag. Not happy. I thought the construction of the hat was 65 Poly 35 Cotton. This hat is all cotton folks except inside comfort rim that goes around head.

Q: Have the quick/drastic fading concerns been addressed?

I have had several of these hats for 2-3 yrs and have had any fading issues. They do stay inside unless wearing so maybe that helps.

Q: Does the front of the hat conform to the head (low-crown) when pulled snugly down?

I think you might need to try it out to get your answer. Everyone has a slightly different take on hats and shirt, what the best, whats not. You can pull this hat tight to your head and it will look tight around your head profile without air gaps. The Multicam, Typhon and Highlander models have a bit firmer of a material and may not pull down as nice as the solid colors.
