There is only one size. I think the length is approximately 10 inches and width is approximately 3 inches on one side and about 4 inches on the top side. I am not sure if that's what you meant by 'measurements'.

Q: How soon do these have to be changed after urinating?

You don't have to change after each leakage. It depends on how much you leak. The pad will hold urine but has a limit. I use one pad a day. You will have to tryout and see when to change a pad.

Q: How many packs of 52 do you get? I hope you get 2 packs for this price but it doesn't say. However, one of the pictures shows 2 in a box.
