This is a great product due to the functionality, safety, comfort, grip, and ease of cleaning. It is super easy to use and attach to the bar, along with the divot in the middle to fit more comfortably along the waist.

Helpful
Use this for my hip thrusts, dumbbell calf raises and squats. Protects my thighs and groin area from bruising during hip thrusts. Gives my upper back a break during squats. The velcro straps help keep the pad closed and secure. I would recommend.
