Good quality. The texture of the ball is really pleasant and it’s comparable to the professional-quality Pilates balls in my physical therapist’s office. Assembling the air pump was quick and easy, and inflating the ball took less than 30 seconds. The ball functions as it should. I put it through a couple rounds of exercises, and it still feels full of air and doesn’t seem to have leaked or deflated at all. The color is a pleasant shiny purple — a little different from the advertised photos, but that’s fine with me. I don’t need it to look pretty, I just need it to work well, and so far it seems to work great!

I needed a new 6-inch yoga ball that I could easily squeeze between my legs to massage my groin muscle that periodically shoots pain as I walk every day for exercise. I ordered this blue CIZEBO Small Exercise Ball for Between Knees, 6-inch Pilates Ball with Pump. The thick texture of this ball feels durable. I like that the needle screws into the pump and can be easily stored in the arm when not in use. The pump was easy to insert and use. The ball did measure 6”, which pleased me. I tested squeezing it and like its resistance. The little fold-out instructions with pictures were helpful and easy to understand. I deflated the ball by inserting the needle for the air to escape as I gently squeezed. Then I safely stored the needle. I highly recommend this CIZEBO product.
