Q: Can you reverse these? I have heel spurs on the inside of my left heel.

Our heel wedges come as a pair and yes, depending on your needs you can "reverse" them / use them on either shoe. These heel wedges are thick on one edge and taper to zero on the other. They are meant to correct over supination and over pronation. For heel spurs we would recommend our Shoe Bubble Micro-sized orthotic. It drops off before the heel to somewhat suspend the bones and offload pressure.

Q: Can i use these under an afo?

They can adhere to an AFO on the top or bottom side or they can be placed underneath an AFO within the shoes. In this case, we would highly recommend asking your doctor if this will be a good solution for your specific needs.

Q: can you order 2 left foot wedges?

On the amazon platform, there is not a way to send you 2 left foot wedges as the amazon fulfillment center cannot do special orders. With that said, we understand that everyone's situation is different and we are happy to accommodate this kind of request. Please include a brief description of your reason for this request in your email. Another thing to note: The pair (of left and right) can actually be used as 2 lefts if you desire. One, you would place with adhesive side down. The other you can place underneath a removable shoe liner with the adhesive side facing up. The main thing to keep in mind is that if you over-supinate, the thicker edge needs to be on the outside (lateral edge).
