Lehárs Paganini was the beginning of his break with operetta tradition, including more sophisticated music and more serious subjects typically found in operas. Paganini, which tells a tragic story from the life of the famed violinist, has gained the popularity it deserved over the years thanks to its big tenor hits and expressive romantic duets.
