I first thought the chair was beautiful even though heavy. That was before I actually tried out the chair. Now I have tried out the chair. It is a huge disappointment, the main reason being that the chair is poorly engineered. It is wobbly and uneven even on perfectly level wood floor. The product simply does not fit its price and its claims. We are glad Amazon stood by its policy and refunded us fully even though we had to spend $ 38.00 in repackaging. We don't recommend this product to anybody.
