Good balance of performance and price
After reading some 20+ reviews and trying to decipher between what I needed from a standing desk (lots of videos on YouTube explaining the benefits), here is why I settled on this one... Build quality: this desk is sturdy both sitting and standing, the 'extra' parts that attach to the underneath i.e. control panel, hooks and cable tray are of decent quality but the screws and the table top (very thin) are not quite up to the same standard - I used 3M double sided tape together with the screws - careful not to over tighten here. I also used sticky cable ties for cable management â OCD now under control :) Colour and desktop options: I chose black legs â saw some videos on YouTube with white legs which showed the grease on them after use. I also chose the black desktop (included in a âsingleâ piece â better overall) but very thin at 15 mm. Treat with care, I paired mine with a vegan leather desk mat which is comfortable and also hides a few tiny chips â marks easy. The desk is a fingerprint magnet, so I also have a small cloth for wiping down. Price: ÂŁ229 after using a promo code for ÂŁ100 off. This is the cheapest I could find with a memory function â standing desk without a memory function just isnât going to cut it. You want to use single touch to move up and down quickly. Memory function: 4 settings, lowest at 73 cm, I have read reviews where for some customers this wasnât low enough, I find it works for me at 5 foot 9 height. Highest setting is 121 cm which should be fine for most, Iâm using 103 cm when standing. Also includes 2 USB ports for charging, the USB C port is âsuper-fastâ according to my Samsung phone when plugged in. Cable not included â use the one that came with the phone. Motor: most of these desks come with a single or dual motor and I have seen wording around double and triple strength (not sure what that means). This desk is a single motor and is perfectly fine, low level noise and fast enough. If you have and want to spend the money, go for more otherwise this works great. Packaging: well packed in a single very large box. Just about managed to carry it upstairs by myself but best for 2 people to be safe. The desktop and parts are carefully placed between lots of poly for protection. Assembly: part assembled so just need to attach legs and accessories â see note around build quality. Took about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace and was straight forward. Tools included in the box. Optional: could use small spacers to attach accessories underneath if you like â I didnât this time round. I also have a rubber âfitnessâ mat underneath the desk to stand on when desk is raised which is a must if you use it standing often. I ordered a small âpen drawerâ to attach underneath to hide my charging cable for my phone and the cloth to wipe down the tabletop. Would do differently if I had more time and money: get a thicker better quality top â perhaps made of wood â but keeping in mind the overall weight on the motors.

Very sturdy desk with smooth and quiet electric height adjustment
Height adjustable desks allow you to work while sitting or standing, the standing aspect being beneficial to health instead of sitting all day. We've had them in the office where I work for a couple of years and much fanfare was made about the money the company had spent on them. With that in mind I was a little dubious that a more modestly priced desk like this Flexispot would be as sturdy, expecting noise from the motor as well. But I have become used to it at work, and in the new hybrid way of working wanted to try the same at home. The desk is self-assembly and comes supplied in a large and very heavy box. I could carry the weight on my own, but the size and lack of handholds in the cardboard made it awkward to negotiate through the house, so it would be much easier with someone assisting. After opening and checking all the parts were present and correct, I commenced assembly. In truth there are not too many parts and the assembly is pretty straightforward. By which I mean that I used only a few swearwords and mild ones at that. The most awkward bit is the metal tray that sits under the desk - this is supplied as a flat piece of metal that has to be bent into shape (there are fold lines pre-pressed into it) but required some hard staring at the pictures to make sure I was bending it the right way up. A screwdriver and allen key are provided and all told it probably took less than an hour to complete. Once in position, I connected to the mains and tried to increase the height. This happened very smoothly and much more quietly than I thought it might be. Better still it was absolutely rock solid with no wobble. There are 4 memory settings for your favourite altitudes, which is a feature missing from the ultra expensive ones at work so all in all I am very impressed!

Brilliant desk
Wasnât sure what to expect but this desk has completely exceeded my expectation. It has great stability and the desk top is one solid piece. Desk goes up and down in seconds and motor is not noisy. The pre-set height are super convenient and the desk remembers the set height even when itâs not been plugged into power. Highly recommend, great quality for a relatively low price compared to some competitor products. I was worried if the one motor would be enough but itâs plenty. I have a monitor, laptop, stand, keyboard, mouse, books etc on my desk and it handles the weight perfectly

Flex the Flexispot!
I was looking for a standing desk with plenty of workspace, lots of adjustable height options, and a high-quality finish and the Flexispot 200 * 80cm Electric Standing Desk Adjustable Standing Desk was exactly what I was looking for! The desk is very well designed, high quality, and easy to use. The solid wood work surface is well-designed with nice touches like rounded edges. The desk felt incredibly solid, with no wiggle or vibration while typing, even at its full height! Installation was pretty much straighforward and took about 30mins. Sit/Standing function works flawlessly! The ony downside for me was the 200x80 work top was not a single piece but 4 individual pieces which needed to be screwed together. Would have preferred a single work top, but this may be down to size and keeping the shipping costs down to a minimum? Other than that, I would definately recommend this desk!

Fantastic Affordable Home Office Desk
As a permanent home worker I wanted to invest in a sit/stand desk having used one in the office for years. The Flexispot seemed to check all the boxes, in fact it's actually better than the more expensive one I had in the office as the EF1 has the programmable heights which is great, no more guessing exactly where I need it when standing or sitting. It was simple to put together, took about 15 minutes, it's really sturdy, and the rise and fall motion is both smooth and quiet. I did wonder at this price if it would it would sturdy but it is. I'm using mines with a single monitor arm with a 34 inch monitor connected to it and everything else on the table top. I bought this during a Prime promotion which gave me good savings, been using it now for several weeks and absolutely love it. One tiny thing for me - at several points in the description and attached images it says this can go from 71.3cm, it does not. The lowest setting is 73.0cm from the ground it's actually a couple of cm's too high for me with the keyboard on the desk, at first I thought this would be fine as I stand more than I sit but it's not so I have ordered the Flexispot Keyboard Tray which I'm waiting for. Note the images below the description state 73.0cm but this is misleading. Overall a superb product though, very happy with it and makes my working day much better.

An outstanding budget standing desk with some minor assembley drawbacks (definietly overlookable!)
For sure the best budget standing desk currently out there! Delivery was quick, assembly was fairly straight forward and the quality of the desk panel is shockingly good! I got the 120x60cm size and it it more than enough for two 24 inch monitors on a arm and even with my Macbook and other bits. I saw some reviews talking about the desk shaking when its fully up but I think this is mainly people who've never used a standing desk before, I've never used one in any space that didn't have this level of wobble. That being said the wobble isn't very noticeable for me and I feel some reviews stretch this further then it needs to be. I did have one caveat in regards to the screw alignment on the desk panel. It was challenging to find the screws due to the rubber protection for the screws leading me to using my phones flashlight to try and properly align the legs to screw in. I also had an issue with the transmission rod as its very hard to rotate with the provided wrench leading to issues when trying to align both legs. Both drawbacks mainly lead to just a bit more time building which is great for those who enjoy flat packing! đ Overall I'm very happy with the desk especially at the price I bought it at. Here's to better ergonomics!

Best value for money electric standing desk in my opinion!!
I managed to get a deal on this desk and oh boy was I not disappointed. The ease you get from this desk is absolutely fantastic, the preset standing and sitting options are great however there are also 2 additional macro buttons that allow you to tailor it to your own personal preference. The base options for height fit very well and I can say as someone who works from home the functionality you get of needing to stand up every so often is great, mainly because of how quickly the desk can get itself up and down. The actual desktop itself is spot on, no complaints at all and I got white as well, very easy to clean if you do make a mess. My only negative would be the basket you get that is used to store the battery pack and cables in could be a better build material but for the price you really cannot complain! Positives: -Build Quality -Ease of Adjustment -Macro buttons for personalisation -Great size Negatives: -Build material of basket for wires/battery pack

If I could give zero stars, I would
If I could give zero stars, I would. Flexispot & Evri are a masterclass in how not to run a business. Itâs been over 2.5 weeks since I placed my order for this Flexispot standing desk, and I still havenât received it. What I have received, however, is a crash course in what happens when two companies, Flexispot and Evri, collectively decide that customer experience is optional. Letâs start with Flexispot. Their customer service is about as responsive as a brick wall. Multiple follow-ups, emails, and chats later, and I still couldnât get a straight answer. âWeâre looking into itâ became the default reply, which is corporate speak for âwe've no earthly idea what's going on, but weâd rather not admit it.â And then thereâs Evri, the undisputed champions of abject incompetence, lack of transparency and just communicative opacity. Their tracking system is a black hole, their communication nonexistent, and their customer service gives new meaning to the word apathetic. I was ghosted so thoroughly, it was actually almost impressive. Hereâs my honest advice: If you ever order something thatâs being delivered by Evri, donât. Build the product yourself. If you canât, deliver it yourself with your own car. If thatâs not an option, build your own car and then deliver it. And if thatâs not possible, just carry it yourself, itâll still be easier, faster, and far less frustrating than dealing with these professionally repugnant companies. In short: avoid at all costs. Youâll lose your time, your patience, and quite possibly your faith in the concept of âdeliveryâ and more broadly, professionalism.
