I really love that this company didn't add magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, rice flour, etc, as fillers to this supplement. It's almost impossible to find brands that don't cut their supplements with junk fillers. However, to be blatantly honest: this is mostly just a herbal laxative. It does have a few cleansing ingredients like ginger, fennel, and bentonite clay, but it contains three stimulant laxatives (cascara sagrada, cape aloe, and senna), four if you include rhubarb, and a trace amount of fiber ingredients so overall, I would classify this as an herbal laxative. It's not strong unless you double up on the dose. Also, the company doesn't declare the exact milligrams of each ingredient and instead opts for a "proprietary formula" approach where all the individual percentages are hidden. Based on the very mild smell and taste of the capsules, I don't think these are very potent. I'm mainly rating them higher stars because I appreciate that they have zero inert ingredients. They won't magically "detox" you without you doing some other work on your diet and lifestyle and supplementing with stronger formulations of specific herbs, preferably not in capsule form.Because the company makes African Mango the main word on the label but doesn't actually state that african mango is only a fraction of the ingredients and the strength or amount of african mango is not listed, this product is rather misleading. But I wasn't in the market specifically for african mango (I've used it in the past and it does nothing) so this marketing ploy doesn't bother me quite as much in this case. For others, it may.If you just want an herbal laxative to clean you out, take double the dose and you're good to go.
