Great accessory. Updated my 40 year old Squeezo
I bought this in 2017 because I wanted the grape screen. I had been using the original Victorio Squeezo I bought back in the 1970’s after reading about it in the Whole Earth Catalog (remember that?). Loved that Squeezo and got a chuckle over the manufacturer’s response to folks asking if these attachments would fit the Squeezo. They pointed out the Squeezo model hadn’t been made MANY years and perhaps we should buy a newer version. So I did. Got the 250 and these attachments. Wow! No more leakage. It took a little trial and error to run white currants through. Finally solved that. Use the berry screen with the shorter grape spindle. Works great. If you’re a home canner, these units are indispensable. Well worth the price for many, many years of service.

Amazing
Purchased this to use with the Victorio Model 250 Food Strainer and Sauce Maker, In particular the grape spiral. We typically use a manual strainer with the wooden "bat" to separate the juice from the pulp and seeds. This year we were putting up a large amount of mustang grape jam and I wasn't looking forward to the traditional method we normally use. Purchased this with the hopes that the job would be much easier. After reading all of the reviews, I decided to make the purchase and hope for the best. Well, the best is what I got, we ran the grapes through it as well as the tunas from prickly pear cactus and it has worked better than expected. I thought I would have to strain the juice through cheese cloth, but it came out perfect for the jams we were making. Juice out on one side, seeds and skin out the end. It was clamped to the counter and worked perfectly, one of the best purchases I have made in long time. Tried the regular spiral that came with the Model 250 and the grapes did bind, just as the instructions said, switched to the grape spiral and life was wonderful. I have bragged on this with anyone who will stand still long enough. If you make jams and jelly do yourself a favor and invest in this product, it works.

reason for 4 star
This machine worked great but.... and there is always a but, the materials to build it could have been stepped up a bit. I have always canned by hand, so I will say that using this for apples was way quicker. The kitchen was covered in apples, counters and floor but when you can, thats usually a given. My only concern is that I always buy quality materials, high end grinders, high end pots and pans so I'm a bit worried that this machine won't stand up due to kinda cheap materials. We shall see!

Accessories
Have used yet but did check to see if they fit the machine bought for and they do. Seem as well made as the items that came with the machine. Looking forward to using next spring.

VKP250 Accessory Kit
First let me start out by saying that Victorio products are built the way items should be built. I grew up in the 1950's and what I remember about my childhood was the products of that time were all built with "old world quality" and pride. Today when you buy a product, it will only last a few years being made out of plastic and poorly crafted. This accessory kit is built like a tank. Food grade stainless steel cones that will take a beating. My family is embracing the home-canning lifestyle fully and this kit will help us achieve that. We will can between 400-500 cans (jars) of produce this summer and this accessory set is perfect for grapes, tomatoes, apples etc. The pulp and juice go one way and skin and seeds go another. So simple and easy and your family can start with the Victorio processor for $50.00. We have tried other "food mills" and processors and have been disappointed. This kit is easy to use and not the most expensive way to go.

Nice set
I found a food grinder second hand and needed the extra attachments. They work perfectly.

Worth purchasing
This product is a great adjunct to the Victorio Strainer. I have used the pumpkin and tomato strainers and produced very good quality pumpkin pie filling, tomato purée and apple sauce. The ability to prepare these products without having to peel, seed or core the vegetables and fruits makes preparation a cinch. The only draw back is some difficulty in cleaning the screens after use.

I thought it would be of lesser quality when I bought it based on the price but was pleasantly surprised. I have used it multiple times now and it works well and is easy to clean. I was going to buy the electric motor but ended up using a cordless drill on slow speed and it works great.

Love this strainer. Really reduces the amount of work needed to make apple sauce or tomato sauce.

these screens are sturdy and each has their own white gasket ring. So far I've used the pumpkin screen on baked whole pumpkins with just the skins removed.. All the big seeds and strings were intercepted perfectly, but some smaller unripe white seeds were soft enough to get jammed though the screen and ended up as little hard pieces in the puree. Switched cones to the original tomato apple screen that came with the strainer, and put it through twice.. this captured the white bits but also some of the thicker pulp, making me wish for a screen in between those two sizes!. I had trouble getting the screen cone off , (push in and turn to release). because the feeder spiral was jammed tight with pumpkin goop. It's much easier to remove a jammed screen .if you swish the assembly under water first to clear it..
