Truly Great Lighter
My original purchase of this lighter was four years ago. I purchased a second some time later as a back up to the first. I haven't cracked the box on the back up. No lighter lights everytime. No lighter strikes in all conditions. Wind, temperature, humidity, not to mention the lighter's state of cleanliness effect its lighting ability. Also consider the fuel quality (which eventually effects cleanliness), as well as the flame setting that effects both its efficiency and its ability to strike and or maintain a flame. I have carried this lighter everyday for four years. It is always in my pocket. Except for eating, sleeping and, well, the necessary use of facilities for the necessaries, I am outdoors. And I have used this lighter conservatively, more than dozen times a day, everyday, in every possible condition. Neither my Leatherman nor my Benchmade see as much use, and I use them everyday and carried them both for decades. I use this lighter primarily for cigars. I have dropped it, left it in the rain, and actually run over the thing with a truck, a tractor, a four wheeler and even lawnmower on one occasion. She's still a sparkin'. Plainly speaking, it has just been really good tool. And I appreciate it. As for the negative reviews I perused before writing this: Most appear to boil down to user error. As for the damaged fuel viewport , I cannot comment except to say that mine has withstood some rough treatment as stated. What I like about it: Well built. Solid with some heft. Feels good in your pocket. Feels better in your hand. Visible fuel port. Two burners - one for cigars is not enough. More than two is inefficient and not appropriate for a pocket lighter of this size. Too much refilling otherwise. Easy to purge, easy to fill. Reliable. Takes a couple few clicks to get her going once she's well broken in, but she always lights and does it well. Advice: Use only the best fuel and it will help maintain your lighter in working order. Occasionally up-end your fuel canister and blow out the exhaust\flame ports, especially if you get ash or dust or any other foreign gunk down in there. Adjust the flame to a middle size flame. The adjustment is made via the black ring around the fuel refill port. Too high on a fresh refueling and the flame will take a second or two to extinguish, as at least one video reviewer commented while at the same time lamenting that he could accidentally put the lighter back into his pocket while still aflame. Common sense ain't so common as to not be so highly valued, one might say. Though I do agree: don't put it in your pocket lit. That said, a flame setting too low will have difficulty staying lit. Most especially, as you get low on fuel toward the bottom of the tank when pressure is lower. Find a middle setting and stick with it. Lastly, always purge the lighter entirely between refills. Because I use mine so often, I run it empty every 5-6 days. For an average cigar man, the fuel tank will last you at least a couple weeks or more. For purging, up end your lighter and purge it from the refill port. Press the plunger and give her a shake a couple of times until you no longer hear it hissing. Then refill and give it a strike. Mine fires up every time. That's it. I write this review out of respect for something well made and thus reliable and also very affordable. I had no expectation whatsoever that it would last as it has. I appreciate it for doing so. Best of luck.

RELIABLE
I have, over the year, purchased 3 of these lighters. The first one, was a test to see how long it would last. After a few months, without a problem, I bought another one so I could have one by my computer and one in the living room. Again no problem. Then, I somehow misplaced the one in the living room and bought a third one, feeling secure it would be the same, and it was. I am amazed at the quality of this lighter, or should I say all 3 lighters. They came to me, each packed securely in nice boxes. It does not come with butane, but there are shipping laws in place and a lot of times because butane is a flammable. Personally, I never expected it to be shipped with butane and no where does it say butane comes with it. It is very easy to fill and the little window on it is definitely a bonus so that you don't overfill and then have it spraying out. It holds more than enough butane for it being a handheld lighter. This lighter looks good and does not feel cheap. Kudos to the company.

Unlike the bad reviews, there’s a simple fix for the lighter problems reported.
Despite the reviews listing multiple strikes needed to light and lighter stopped working, etc, I bought 2 of these lighters. I knew it had to be an easy fix or user error. Turns out that the plastic flame adjustment wheel either is installed at an angle or is broken. It takes a small screwdriver to adjust the flame with or without the plastic wheel. Both of my lighters worked fine for a short period before not lighting on the first click. I removed the plastic wheels and the lighters have worked great for 5 months. I smoke more cigars than average and have not had an any failure to light nor ANY problem with wind. These are exactly what I wanted!!!

Good all around lighter
Good lighter adjustable flame can be adjusted with a finger nail, punch is fairly sharp. Butane capacity is rather low

Lights first time, every time
This is an incredible lighter. Well built, nice weight, sharp punch cutter, big butane window, and it makes fire. I've used it on dozens of cigars now and filled it three times - it has lit every single time on the first click without fail. Never had another lighter do that, even at four and five times the price. My only complaint is the name, Guevara, after the commie revolutionary, but I'm still going to keep using it because it works so darn well.

Excellent lighter
This is an excellent double jet lighter. Great build quality. Solid, but Light weight. Highly recommend. Feels good in the hand. Will work well with cigars. As always, be sure to use high quality butane for best performance.

Great lighter and excellent customer service!
The lighter I had stopped working about a year in. I emailed the company to try and figure out how to fix it and they mailed me a new one. I didn't expect that at all. The build quality feels really good. I love the design. It doesn't leak gas. It's easy to use.

I read Matt's review... He was right. Probably the only review you need to read

love my cigar lighters and I’m really serious about them. Let me tell you this, the build quality is insane on this one. On top of that, features like butane gauge and punch make this bad boy an all in one solution for aficionados like me. And it’s not as heavy as others like CIGARLOONG etc. Love it.
