Q: Please help. My order had a missing stopper and it says the order is not returnable. How do I proceed?

I would contact the seller and let them know it was missing the stopper. It may not be returnable but should be delivered complete.

Q: Does the elastic band accomodate the entire water bottle when full. Is it easy to pull up once the bottle is full?

Q: Is it safe to lay on? Or will it pop?

After pouring the hot water, try keeping air out before closing if that makes sense. I have never layed down on it because for me its too hot to bare but it does fill weird like its going to pop because I never full the bottle and there are times when I open it, it makes a lil popping sound like the steam escaping or something.....but the bottle is really good and it works for me
