I have been only taking these for a week and on day 6 of taking them my body has starter to reject all the bad toxins etc. i have found that as the tablets are on the larger side to take that seperating the capsules apart tipping the powder into water or even with meal replacement shakes/ protein shakes are just as effective if people are struggling with the size of the capsules.

These capsules are really big, it really is hard to swallow them. I don't know as yet whether they work or not but if you have trouble swallowing capsules,then don't pick these.

I love that they don’t come over-packaged, the world doesn’t need more plastic bottles. They definitely curb my appetite and level out my blood sugar, and speed up metabolism, give a bit of a kick of energy. Balancing and extremely good value.
