Yes. According to the web site: "GOLDENBERG’S PEANUT CHEWS are still manufactured in Philadelphia, as they have been since 1917. The candy is kosher and gluten-free, and the Original Dark flavor is vegan-friendly."

Q: are they packed for the weather/ now with ice packs? or should I wait to oder

They come with one ice pack which is usually defrosted before I get the delivery. I have only once put them in my refrigerator for about 30 minutes and then they have been fine. They tell you they will replace them if not good after refrigeration.
