Q: What micron ate these?

No clue, but these don’t work well. A string wound filter last around 2-3 weeks in my well, while these seem to not work at all. They turn brown but seem to not really block much sediment even after a month of use while using around 3000 gallons. I’d look elsewhere unless you’re on city water. I fear these are going to ruin my expensive filtration installed down line.

Q: Can this filter cartridge be used with an above ground pool filter ?
