Love this book. we are onto the 2nd batch of Kefir and it looks good, Many thanks for the info in book to keep us interested.Bit cooler indoors here in Great Britain to USA so first batch. 26 hours to ferment but second lot 25 hours so we are looking up.!!!!!!!!!very many thanks.

Easy reader
Loved the book. Easy to read and understand. Been making Kefir for 2 weeks, so early days. I'm 73 and now a widow. Looking forward to better days.Thank you Whitney

You need to read this!
This book is awesome! I am pretty new to Kefir but this answered all of my beginner questions and much more, has great recipes and tips, and was super funny. I loved learning about the history of kefir, as well as all of its many benefits for you. I also checked out her instagram account and its awesome too. Great read-I'd highly recommend it to anyone interested in Kefir regardless of your experience with it. And if you've never heard of Kefir...read it too! Because this stuff is awesome!~Megan E.
