Pro Dough Pastry Scraper

Excellent Bench knife. Had one with a wood handle and non-stick coating. the non-stick was peeling off and the wood handle made it unable to be washed in dishwasher. This is perfect. the weight and heft shows that it will last. The markings make it perfect for dividing dough. I also use my bench scraper when I have cut vegetables up to move them into pots.

I am impressed with the quality of this product! It works great and what I like about it, you are not holding a piece of plastic that seems poor quality. When you pick this up, you know it is quality. The measurement marking are a plus!

So many uses! Well constructed, will last a long time. I recommend this product!

Great to have. I don't do pastry often but I do use this every week as a cutting board scrapper. Great to get cut prepped food off the cutting board without using and dulling the knife blade to do the same (which one should never do unless you like sharpening your knifes all the time :-).

Makes splitting dough much easier. High quality.

Versatile- used for sourdough baking, as a spatula, and as a mini ruler. Easy to clean. Easy to hold. Cuts dough well but not sharp to the skin.

I have several kitchen scrapers, but this is the only one I use anymore, and I use it at least once a day. The large size makes it ideal for transferring vegetables after cutting, and it excels in baking applications, such as working with bread dough. The handle is comfortable and convenient. The blade is stiff and sharp, and it cleans easily.

Works very well. Cuts risen dough better than anything else I have used.
