Q: Can this be diluted in water to be used as a hydroponic nutrient ?

Yes I’ve done that for years, and the great thing is it doesn’t smell bad or change the color of the water so it still looks nice but also feeds your plants

Q: Can i use this on my money tree (pachira), whose leaves have been turning brownish and falling off? maybe it's just the winter in pa.

YES!! I use it on all of my indoor plants (philos, money tree, snake plant, lemon button ferns, birds of paradise, and many others in between)! They love this food and I feed it to them on a regular schedule (every third watering) but slow to half that during the winter. If it is a young plant keep it out of direct afternoon sunlight and away from vents/drafts/heaters. Good luck! 🙂
