Whey comes from milk. Im lactose intolerant and it never bothered my stomach

I have changed how much whey I use over time. If you use the lowest amount and do it once a day, this will last over two months, maybe three. Right now, I'm using more as a meal replacement, so about 5 weeks for 4 lbs. Your results will vary. I also switch brands, but quality ones are similar.

Q: how large is a scoop? is a scoop included?

Yes there is a scooper inside of the tub. Use that and don't level the powder when you scoop a serving.
