Yeah, the Spiteful Brakevan is a bit of an unknown character. He only appeared in one episode. But honestly, I just really appreciate that they made a model of such an obscure character that mainly the hard core fans would enjoy.

What i like about Thomas the train and the two-wheel units (some are 3 and are more difficult for my 3 to 5 year old grandchildren to get on the track) is the ease of a young child to learn how to put on the track. Also, the coupler system requires nothing. Just back one car to the other and they are connected. Finally Bachman Trains (the real train guys) now produce and retail all Thomas the Train. They have a great warranty response and are easy to work with.

The brake van is great but when it arrived the shell came partly off and the metal weight inside fell out. It was an easy fix.
