Lights are bright and look good for parties

The media could not be loaded. Purchased the unit for my mancave/garage and it is beautiful. There are reviews about it being noisy, and while there is some mechanical noise from the whirring motors spinning the mirrors that can be heard at times, whenever the lasers are going to the music, the noise is completely downed out by the music being loud enough for the microphone on the unit to hear and move the lights to the beat. Mine is mounted approx 14 feet high and I have an inexpensive fog machine which completely takes the lasers from a cool 2Dfloor show to a 3D room filling laser show. The 5 outputs all track together on the units programed functions. It may be possible to have different results in the DMX programming, but I am only using the factory modes and am very pleased with them. I uploaded a video that shows the columns of light and angles looking toward the lasers as well as the patterns that are being made in the right lower corner of the screen. Without having to learn to program or have a controller board, this is probably one of the best lights on the market. In a year or two, I may venture into a more advanced laser system, but for my mancave, hanging out and late night dancing, this little light is bad ass!

DJ’s lights amazing but for people who use it you have to have it in a dark room and you have to use fog if you want to be able to see the lasers most people don’t understand you need to have fog to make it work correctly the smaller, the room, the better the effect it also has an attachment that you can connect it to a DJ set up if you have that I don’t do that. I just use it as is and it’s still an amazing product. It’s lasted a long time. I’ve had no issues with it. I recommend it but a little bit expensive for the strength of the lasers but it’s a great for any party or game night that you have going also great for those Halloween trick-or-treaters

The media could not be loaded. In the video and images that I've provided, this 5-beam module is located on the top center of the light cluster. As other have mentioned, some of the colors are either changing to just green, or are so close to green that the result is the same. To me, in person, it looks like the three green beams and a red and a blue. The are bright and look great in the show. In full manual mode, using DMX controls, it was nearly impossible to get it to do something customizable. After hours of monkeying with it, I could get it to make vertical lines that wiggled back and forth a bit. Perhaps there's something wrong with my unit or there is some non-compatibility with my DMX controller. In auto/sound activation, its nice and adds to the light show. I was hoping to be able to select certain effects on the fly and make tunnels and walls and other more static effects.

The media could not be loaded. I was super excited to get this for my Home Theater room but really bummed now that I got it. Returning tomorrow. This has the potential to be great but not there yet. The lasers are bright and vivid don't get me wrong but what I REALLY dont like about it is that in Auto mode it displays shapes like stars, hearts, triangle, squares, circles, etc. there are 2 sound modes each have 10 selections, all of them are the same stupid shapes over and over again. I wanted to be able to have straight laser beams in different colors that sweep back and forth and up and down, I didn't see one single mode that would do this. Tried using the fog machine but 30 seconds later 8 different smoke detectors were going off for 30 minutes before they shut off so didn't get to see the laser in fog, lol. I know people complained about the noise the lasers make but it really isn't very loud and if you have music on you won't hear it at all. DMX mode might display what I want but there is no way to get a dmx cable to where I wanted to put the laser and im not cutting my walls up so one of the built in modes had to do what I needed but sadly it does not. From the item description it sounds like you have your choice between hundreds of patterns and shapes but you really don't , just the same shapes repeating in differs order and speeds some of the modes I selected did nothing and I was surrounded by speakers so the mic should have picked something up, also so sensitivity control for the mic either. I sent an email to U King asking if there was any way to just get straight sweeping laser beams and they told me to contact the U king store on amazon, went to the u king store on amazon and there isn't any way to contact them there. So I would say their customer service is very poor and the manual that comes with it is even worse. Wanted to like this but not going to support a company that won't even communicate with its customers, returning tomorrow unless I hear back from somebody with some answers before I pack it back up, lol.
