Seven-pad helmet liner minimizes helmet movement and holds helmet comfortably in place providing pain-free protection no matter how long it's worn. Multiple-layer pad construction provides superior shock-absorption protecting head in case of blast. Compatible with mask, night vision goggles, shooting position. Keeps steady, comfortable temperature. Replacement, Upgrade or OEM equipment.
Cooler, drier, breathable; gas and air permeable. Constructed out of the highest quality foam and fabric materials, the Oregon Aero® BLSS® Kit provides maximum comfort and stability. Fire-resistant foam; pads won't melt or burn. Self-wicking fabric covering keeps head cool in warm climates and warm in cold climates. Routes perspiration and heat away, reduces sweat. Won't cause skin irritation or itchiness.
Moisture and waterproof yet breathable coating keeps water and sweat out, air in. Advanced coating enables helmet to float in water-fording or amphibious condition (positively buoyant). Performance of pads not compromised when wet, waterproof tested to 66' for 12 hours.
Durable four-point chin strap/harness and integrated nape pad provides maximum comfort and is adjustable so it can be used with various helmets and sizes.
Easy installation, upgrade helmet in minutes; no helmet shell modifications required. Hook/loop fabric sticks to hook/loop strips inside helmet. Easy cleaning, wash by hand with soap and water; air dry.
The Oregon Aero® BLSS® Kit (Ballistic Liner & Suspension System) is designed to upgrade the PASGT Helmet and consists of the time-proven, highly engineered BLU® Kit Helmet Pads and a custom-designed Four-Point Chin Strap/Harness and Integrated Nape Pad, offering a complete ballistic helmet upgrade kit. The ballistic liner includes seven flame resistant, shock-absorbing, pain-free helmet pads: one round crown pad, four oval pads and two trapezoid pads. The pads exceed current U.S. Army requirements. The adjustable Four-Point Chin Strap/Harness comes with an Integrated Nape Pad for optimal comfort. The BLSS® Kit system design accommodates all PASGT helmets.
