Great product
I have a cat who likes to kick the litter out of the litterbox so I needed something to trap it so it didn't get all over the floor. This does the trick very well. I got the large one and am happy with the size and how well it works. The way I've got it set up, it catches the majority of the litter. It's not very easy to clean but a good sweeping or vacuum works pretty well.

Must have for cat owners
This litter mat has been a fantastic addition to our setup! It sits perfectly under the litter box and does an excellent job catching the stray litter that usually ends up all over the floor. The texture traps the litter well, and it's easy to shake out or clean when needed. It’s made of a soft but durable material that’s gentle on our cat’s paws, and it stays in place without sliding around. Since using this mat, the area around the litter box is so much cleaner—no more crunchy floors! Definitely a must-have for any cat owner.

Jumbo size never laid smoothly
I originally ordered 2 beige mats: a jumbo and an extra large. I've had them now for 7 months. The jumbo size has never smoothed out and laid flat but the extra large lays beautifully. Yes, I've tried all the tricks for getting bulges out of the jumbo, but nothing works. I'm going to pitch the jumbo and get another extra large. Other than that, they work great, collecting the majority of litter the cats leave. If it wasn't for the jumbo not laying smoothly, I'd rate them a 5.FYI, as pictured online, the beige color looks like an ugly cool color. But in reality, it's a beautiful warm beige. Also, I've had other brands of litter mats in the past that my cats hated; they wouldn't walk on them. But these don't bother their paws at all. The cats began walking on them right away.

Great item
This mat works perfectly for collecting the cat litter. I buy pretty litter for my cats and it used to track every where but now this mat collects it perfectly. The type of material is easy to clean. I just shake it off outside then wash it in the tub and hang it over side of tub to dry.

Good solution to a common problem
As advertised, keeps the litter from spreading around the room. Also, our cat seems to like resting on it, and it stays in place securely. It’s easy to shake the litter off and back into the litter box. All around good solution to a common problem.

Great quality mat for 2 years so far!
This cat mat was perfect for my earlier needs: small enough to fit in a cramped laundry room or bathroom, and a great first line of defense against the litter my cat inevitably tracks out after doing her business. It works really well. You can actually see the litter collecting at the front of the litter box entrance instead of spreading dust everywhere like before. Cleaning it can be a bit annoying, especially if your cat has an accident on it (happened once, and paper towels did not survive the cleanup thanks to the mat’s texture). To clean I typically vacuum weekly or more and shake it out every month. What you might want to know before buying, especially if you're a first-time cat owner:1. Litter type matters:The amount of tracking depends heavily on the litter brand and type. If you’re using wood pellets (though some debate their safety for cats, do your research and talk to a vet!), tracking and dust will be minimal, and this mat would likely catch 100% of what’s left. For finer, more granular litter (which I use), I’d estimate this mat catches 75–90% of what gets tracked out. That’s a win in my book - the less litter I find scattered around, the better.2. Consider your litter box, your space, and your cat’s behavior:This mat worked great when I had a smaller space. Now that I’m in a larger laundry room, I’m thinking of upgrading to a bigger mat.Cats have weird personalities and big opinions at times, and not all love the texture of litter mats. Some will run, leap over it, or try to avoid it altogether. Thankfully, my cat tolerates it, but in the bigger space, she’s stepping off the mat sooner - which means more litter ends up on the floor. If you’ve got a particularly messy cat, a top-entry litter box might help reduce tracking. I’ve seen this work well for friends. Just make sure the mat is big enough and well-positioned so your cat has to step on it when exiting.
