There 16 Vitamin and minerals and ONLY 25 calories along with 1000 mg of Vitamin C, Non-GMO, Vegan, Real Fruit Juice Powders. I think this would be great with carbonated water. I also add another a powered green drink to jazz it up even more. This makes it 2 cups and I always add ice cubes.

A++!! I'd been regularly using 'Emergen-C' brand for over a decade, and swore by them...especially during cold/flu season. Expensive, but never knew there was another brand that essentially was the same thing. Then I saw these on Amazon, and for a much better price. I tried them and I'm hooked. THESE ARE DELICIOUS! My fav is the grapefruit-tangerine, but all of the flavors are great, they dissolve fast, even in colder water. I've even blended them into smoothies for an extra boost...FANTASTIC PRODUCT!! I've already been sharing them and promoting them to friends...so don't overspend on the 'better known' mentioned brand. THESE ARE AWESOME!! (and YES, THEY WORK!
