The product is very good, this is my second bottle, what I don't understand is why the pills don't come in capsules like before, I have a lot of difficulty swallowing the pills because they are so big,Please return to the capsule presentation.

It’s a really good supplement but..
I got this for my daughter under her doctor’s recommendation so that she could have a great sleep. The tablet works great if taken two an hour before going to sleep. One big issue with this tablet is that it’s huge and a bit of a struggle to swallow.
