Q: Can you apply a body lotion on top of the fat-fader?

Yes, after the fat fader dries out. But to be honest, this is a product you'll have to keep on buying because one bottle won't help. And you have to apply it twice a day, everrrryy day. Is it worth it? Ehh..

Q: Do you need to use constantly or will a month do?

I usually apply the cream before going for my work out! It was my trainer who recommended. To answer your question, it depends how much you work out and what are your goals and expectations. It worked for me just careful cause it can make you dizzy.

Q: Can you apply at night or is it going to amp up too much?

I applied at night after shower in addition to pre-workout and after my morning shower. Never noticed any issues with it keeping me awake or causing any irritation, just applied well and then forgot about it and went to sleep. But every person is different.
