the book came in perfect condition, can’t wait to start reading it!!

This story got me hot and cold, happy and so angry, and so distressed through the book. But honestly in my opinion that’s what makes it such a great books to the point where I hv reread it again twice

There is something about Cora's books that get you hooked. I discovered her recently and I can't stop reading her. In the case of this book, it was great to be able to read the story of two characters that had intrigued me before! I first met Guilia in Kiara's book, Giulia and Kiara are cousins and they are also best friends.This is Giulia and Casio's story is a marriage of convenience, and an age gap story. When they get married she just turned 18 and he's 31 and has two young children, Giulia is so determined to gain Casio and the children's love, you feel for her with her struggles. I loved reading about Guilia and Cassio's relationship and how their marriage developed in the mafia world context. There wasn't as much mafia drama in this book as in the rest I've read but I enjoyed it so much nevertheless!I'm a big fan of Cora Reilly's books and just as with every book in the Camorra Chronicles and the Bound By Blood series, this was no different, I truly enjoyed it.If you are already one of Cora's fans, you'll like this too, and if you haven't read any of her books yet, go ahead and get started, you won't regret it.

Arranged marriage, mafia, single parent and an age gap romance. Say no more, I was already hooked from the tropes alone.I. Loved. This. Book.I loved it so much I read it in one day.Literally, from the very beginning I was absolutely hooked and couldn’t put the book down to save my life.Cassio and Giulia are perfect.Initially they’re distant and some would say worlds apart regardless whether they’re both part of the mafia or not, but together they’re everything you want.Cassio was stubborn, brooding and at times even mysterious but he knew what he wanted. He couldn’t—and wouldn’t love again after being left with the world on his shoulders and two young children to raise.Giulia is my fav! Sweet, considerate and so compassionate. She was determined not to change to impress her new husband and she put her foot down which earned his respect and trust.My favourite part of any romance novel which has a brooding and dark man is when you see their tough exterior start to crack, and their protective and loving side comes through. Gosh it makes me squeal like a teenager every single time and it was the case in this book too with Cassio’s feelings towards Giulia! 😍“Right this moment I knew she’d be mine forever.”I’m now determined to go back and read the Born In Blood Mafia series and The Cammora Chronicles just so I can jump straight back into this world!

I'm speechless. Sweet Temptation is one of the best things that happened to me, it exceeded my expectations in the most amazing way possible. Once I started reading it, I just couldn't stop anymore.Giulia is my favorite character of Cora's mafia world, maybe just losing to Kiara. She's so sweet but still has a strong personality, the way she handles things that are thrown at her just got me admiring her so much.Cassio is a workaholic - not a surprise since he's one of Luca's best Underbosses, still he manages being a good father (not a perfect one). He would do everything to his kids, his love for them is unquestionable. He's also on my top favorite mafia men, he conquered me since the beginning.And the kids... Ahh... I'm always up to a book that have kids involved. Sometimes it scares me that the author will just make them a accessory but that's definitely not the case here. Cora develops them, their feelings and relationships with Cassio and Giulia so well that you know the history wouldn't be as good as it is without them. Daniele and Simona just have me wrapped around their finger. Last but not least, Loulou: I just love this dog so much, for real, it makes everything even more perfect.Sweet Temptation is definitely on my favorite books' list and I recommend everyone to read it and fall in love with this family as I did. The whole history is just perfect and I already want to re-read it.
