Pure Hydration Alkaline Water Machine

When the search started for a water purification system we educated ourselves on all the types of systems available. We decided on a molecular hydrogen system. We had our home water tested and pesticides showed up in the results. These were our biggest concern along with the heavy metals. Through all our research...this system was the only one I was able to find that "actually stated" it removed pesticides, and heavy metals. We love the quality of water this system delivers. It tastes clean. About a week later, I noticed a puddle on my countertop underneath our machine. I opened it up and found a leak in a valve. I called amazon, they shot an email to the company about my issue. The same day I recieved an email from Cosan. The problem was solved that day. 3 days later, my replacement part arrived at my door. I received the best customer service possible. Prompt, professional and highly recommend this company. Thank you Cosan.Update: January 15, 2019We still love our cosan water system. The only problem we are still having is leaking issues. I have found that the plastic connectors inside the machine cannot take the water pressure of leaving the water valve open over time. This is the second identical leaking issue I have had. If I turn the valve off after every use it will not leak.

First of, had issues with the assembly, and had to call their customer care to figure. No issue there and they were helpful in explaining how to fix. Second, the water tasted weird initially, and we were hoping that will improve with the filter getting used. But it never did even after weeks...So if you are particular about taste of the water, the taste never comparable to bottled alkaline water your buy in the market. Also measured the PH with ph strips and they never were above 8 as they claimed to be. Not sure if this was with my specific unit. By the time we decided enough with it, "the 30 day return policy is over" and i have already spent 120$ for plumber to install. Realized that was a big gamble on my part going in for a cheaper alkaline water alternative after watching some glitzy videos and ph demo, and especially not much service warranty /service option or any extended return/rental policy like other leading brands do. The worst part is, since i was struck with it and continued drinking it, the taste deteriorated over the weeks and pretty much tap water after couple months, and my wife and kids stopped drinking. Manufacturer claim that the filters($125 to replace) is good for 6 months, but that did not hold true in my case either. We live in the city water neighbourhood and the have GE water softener. So now, I am thinking should i trash it or spend $125 every 3-4 months which seems way expensive maintenance $$$$ on a cheap filter

I do not usually write reviews of the products I buy from Amazon, but I really think it is important to write this comment about the PURE HYDRATION WATER IONIZER system.I must say that I was very surprised in every way. In the first place, and I think the most important thing is the taste of water. I believe that its flavor and properties, which also hydrogenates the water, exceeds the quality of the ESSENTIA water that was the one we used at home before buying this system.Second, it was very easy to connect the equipment. In my case I took the water from the outlet that goes to the refrigerator, and placed it on the counter next to the refrigerator and the attractive design is really nice and you can not see any hose. Finally, the intelligent technology used to turn on and off the water outlet with just approaching the hand is excellent. It is an excellent purchase, and I recommend it because you will feel satisfied.

Bought to use under the sink but with this old house I would have had to drill a hole into the old sink so I put it on the counter. The gaskets supplied were too thick so I made a paper gasket which has worked fine. Really like having clean drinking water.

Not sure if this thing really puts out molecular hydrogen but I did use the water drops and the water from the unit turned purple meaning it was Alkaline! I was using a ZERO water pitcher prior to this machine and when I used the same drops to test that water I was shocked to see it turned orange and was acidic! Furthermore, I tested my tap water and it was green which indicated neutral. What I need to mention is the stellar customer service this company provides. I can tell they are a small company because their bookkeeper answers the phone but what I can say is that the sales staff or owners were very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions by phone and email prior to purchasing this unit and it was because of their customer service and education on their products that made my decision to purchase. I was ready to spend $2,000.00 on a high end electric ionizer but this thing is working nicely. I highly recommend you give their products a try.

In the photo above, I brought those parts at Home Depot because I have a newer type pull-out faucet. It's just a compression tee that the 1/4" supply line fits into. The water tastes better and better and I feel urged to drink more. I have only been drinking it for two weeks now and not much of anything else - it's that good and I guess it's my body telling me to drink it, also. From being a former soda only drinker as my major liquid, it's a great change. The pH averages 9.6 on my meter which is super for drinking. I feel better physically and don't find myself wanting to grab a soda or thinking about it either. This machine does wonders.
