I've been using the Tart Cherry Extract product for several years, also Nutri-Gout. When home, I prefer to drink 4 oz of tart cherry juice when I have it on hand. I began using the tart cherry extract capsules when I'm away from home, and now I've added it to my routine at home, especially when I want to avoid the fructose that comes along with tart cherry juice. For me, two capsules a day keeps the doctor away. I took a 4 month trip out of country, and ran out of the Tart Cherry Extract capsules and soon experienced an attack of Gout. That's enough to convince me that these capsules made the difference.

Using these tart cherry extract capsules satisfied my need for an ongoing supplement I could take for high uric acid in my blood. I had been prescribed Alopurinol by a medical doctor to tackle the problem of persistent foot pain caused by high uric acid levels. But I was told Alopurinol can only be used for short-term treatment. When my prescription for Alopurinol ran out, I started instead using tart cherry capsules which are not a medication and can be taken daily on an ongoing basis. I experienced a nearly total reduction of foot pain once I used the tart cherry extract capsules as a supplement for several continuous weeks. You can try this supplement to see if it works for you like it works for me.

I'm not sure how long I should take this before I feel any results. So I can't give a good review yet
