10ft PS4 Controller Charging Cable for Playstation 4 Dual Shock 4

As with all modern console gamepad chargers, this is your basic USB charger cable, which means it's compatible with anything utilizing this exact combination of inputs (basic USB 2.0 on one end and Micro USB on the other). The length of the cable makes it viable for playing games while charging, or just playing with a nonstop wired connection, if that is your preference. It will also allow the connecting of a PS4 or Xbox One gamepad to a PC (either with Window 10 installed or with the correct drivers on an older operating system), although users should be aware that the DS4 Windows program is required to translate PS4 inputs into Xbox input format for many games. The program in question is freeware that can be found through a simple Internet search and isn't a hassle to set up at all, but it requires mentioning if one hopes to use a PS4 controller to play PC games.

I bought this cable after I bought a second controller for my PS4. It is so worth it, I rarely unplug mine anymore. I kept running into the issue of my controller dying in the middle of playing. With this, you can play no stop from about anywhere without having to stop and fool around with plugging up and charging controllers. Plus, it is just better to play with your controller plugged in or wired. Way less hassle.

I have had a hard time in making my controller to operate on my PS4 system and now I have gotten my second controller working.

I ordered 2 of these, guessing they would die quickly and as if pre-destined to die almost immediately one of them completely failed and had to be trashed, I wouldn't go this way again I will buy one of the stand-up charging stations if I ever buy another PS4 charging device because these just seem to die quickly/randomly.

Works fine, but does seem to charge slower than the original charger for the PS4. Not so surprising though. Still worth it because the cord is so much longer than the one the PS4 comes with.

Finally got one of these because I was getting tired of having to sit so close to the TV while my controller was charging. This cable works well and is perfect to be able to sit on the couch or bed and still be able to play while your controller is charging.

So tired of having to get up and move your chair closer to the tv to reach the small charging cable? This cable is awesome. It's so nice being able to sit across the room and still be charging my controller because of a 10 foot cable. If you don't have this you're making a mistake.

Love this product. It arrived in a timely manner and works wonderfully. My husband often forgets to charge his remote for our PS4. This allows him to sit further away from the tv, charge his remote and still get to play! Thanks for taking the stress off one area!
