Q: What mesh or micron are these?

Not sure but a coarse weave overall, in no way a fine mesh.

Q: I'm looking for 100 micron mesh and a size of 3/8. Do you have this?

I only see 3/8” 60 mesh and the only way I can come up with is buy a sheet of mesh at the proper dimensions and cut your own.

Q: Why is shipping restricted in parts of the US? Only a few make the size needed to fit the Polyscience smoking gun.

If you are asking about the screens above some are used in pipes used for consuming cannabis. Some cities and states have restricted the internet sale of paraphernalia. Most of these laws are left over from the war on drugs and have not been changed even if that state has passed medical or over 21 recreational marijuana laws because of minors buying over the internet because they are not to buy them in stores.
