Q: Can anyone tell me if I need to resize text to see all of it or is it okay if it runs past the box because it will wrap around the cup?

I had to resize image to fit in the window

Q: Can i upload a png with transparency? is the print good quality?

I uploaded a photo for the printing and yes, printing was good quality. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the finished product or I would share here.

Q: How do I select my customized text on my order? How do attach a file of a logo?

The text I selected was a theme I had for the year with my group.

Q: Does the logo/image survive microwaving, dishwashing, regular use? Any scuffs or marks?

It has survived microwaving, dishwashing (by hand) and regular use. No scuffs or marks. And it will hold a 12 ounce Keurig selection of delicious hot coffee. It serves its purpose with panache!
