Rush In Rio was filmed at Brazil s world famous football stadium, the Maracanã, in Rio de Janeiro on 23rd November 2002, the last night of the Vapor Trails tour. The Vapor Trails album and subsequent tour had marked Rush s return to activity after a hiatus of several years whilst drummer Neil Peart came to terms with various tragedies in his life. It was in every way a triumphant return with the crowds at the Brazilian dates being the largest the band had ever played for. The show is now being released on SD Blu-ray for the first time outside of the R40 box set. Rush kick ass -in Rio
Rush perform in Brazil- which I think was the Last performance for the band's Vapor trails tour in 2002.They Perform to a Extremely Large Crowd of Die Hard fans.That Welcome the power trio with a Powerful and Excellent Vibe..!!There's no other way to put it,- The Stadium Crowd Completely welcomes RUSH with open arms. The audience's vibe is Loud & simply !!ELECTRIC!! ...For anyone watching this Disk for the first for fiftieth time you feel as if you were there.I cought rush live 6 times in different concert hall arenas. and ( i saw a few of their live concerts on DVD and Disc.)It's my opinion-This is one of there best DVD Live concerts i ever caught. The video is not that great (it was meant for DVD I believe) but it sounds great and is a killer show. A must have for every Rush fan lml

Best Rush concert Dvd
Best sounding Rush Dvd in my library. The energy they showed on stage was endearing. Geddy’s voice was still powerful and the crowd was so into the concert. Buy it, you will not be disappointed!

Crazy Crowd!
Watching YYZ is worth it. Sound not great. Blu Ray copied from a tape so quality not so great, but concertis Outstanding!
