I installed this a few weeks ago. Installation was simple and it works as intended. Programming the keychains was simple. Wish the wires for the 110v connection were longer.

Red black yellow and grey. All you need. Red 12v. Black and gray grounds. Yellow push.

Easy to use. However, two sets of wiring instructions were included. Both were in English and Chinese, but it was difficult to figure out what cable went where. Ended up having to look at similar products on Amazon and scroll through the images until I found a picture of a wiring diagram that worked. Very annoying and almost gave up. Now that it is installed, it is super easy to use and add additional fobs. Only complaint is that there is no restricted access based on time. Hooked it up to a smart plug for 10 bucks and can control the time periods when it can be used. Does the job for now. Works nicely once it's installed. Installing it is a huge pain and mostly trial and error.

Seems to work as advertised. If you have correctly wired it up and the keypad still doesn’t disengage the lock. Your jumper might be in the wrong position. Mine works when the jumper is on the “push” pins. Took a while to figure that one out.

Have spent two days trying to install and have not been able to do it; have not found tech support.
