Yes ... first clean the wound (soap and water if appropriate), then apply this ointment. Wrap the wound in bandages to protect it and minimize further exposure to infectants. Change bandage regularly (daily or more often if needed) and at the same time clean the wound again and reapply this ointment. If the wound continues to get worse, seek professional medical assistance immediately.

Can i use this for acne?

I have used the neo cream off and on for years as a moisturizer. I first used it to help get rid of acne and now use it for my Lupus and excema rashes. The best thing I have ever found and I have used expensive to cheap. I have tried cureolgy as my latest disaster and it broke me out. The neo cleared up the total all over itchy face in 2 days. I think cureolgy works but not for me and my combo skin plus health issues (that are in a super calmed down state). I mix the neo in with a tiny bit of Simple Water Boost Hydrating Gel and it last 12+hrs. I got to test that out this past weekend when my husband was in a car accident and my face held up during a lot of very tense moments!
