I love this pasta sauce, but the last two times I’ve ordered from here it’s been delivered (or not delivered) horribly. The first time it was damaged, wasn’t delivered, and I wasn’t given a refund until I spoke with 2 separate customer service people after initially being told I would get a refund. The second time I ordered it, it came and there was sauce everywhere. I don’t know what happened because they were all still closed, but sauce was everywhere on them and it took forever to clean off. Again, great sauce, but I would recommend buying it somewhere else if possible.

Ordered this item and it came in broken. Sauce is everywhere and of course it can’t be replaced 😡 I am not happy and I will not be ordering it again!!! I will say one star but put five just so the buyers are beware!!!!

Think Prego is excellent product. Live in rural area saves traveling long distances to shop.

Ordered twice and both times it arrived with all jars broken.
