Stomach and sleep disturbance
Omg why stomach reacted on this. I was a bit sleepy before I took it then I couldn’t sleep till morning. It disturbed me I don’t know what I felt but it was strange. I don’t recommend it. Now I have to put it in the bin

I've been using these for years and I'm very happy with them. They always arrive on time the quality is very reliable, consistent and effective. I take one of these tablets every day. It helps me sleep better and my muscles don't feel as stiff. It's made a nice difference. The bottle is big and lasts a long time. The pills are a bit large, but I can swallow them with water just fine. Good, basic magnesium. It works well for me.
