Item was defective and was refursbished. Not new. Returned more than a month ago and now fighting for a refund.

I have finally found a cordless phone which meets all my requirements. In my 80 years, I have never praised an equipment. But this phone forced me to write about it. Fantastic, easy to install with more than required facilities for any user.

If possible I would give a zero rating for the product.dont understand why such products are even listed on the site. First of all it took almost 20 days for the product to be delivered.By the time it was delivered return window is closed. The unit build itself is feeble.it gives a sense of cheap materials used. With in a single day of usage the product stopped working. It's priced way higher than any of the other cordless devices listed on the site.i was misguided by the reviews and ratings. It's a scam. Request Amazon to onboard such products after some scrutiny so that customers are not fooled

First impression when I saw the box it just didn't seem right.So when I unbox the phone,put the 🔋 battery to charge it could not be charged.It was a disappointment.I had to return it and wait for a refund.However the return service was very good and prompt.They came to collect back the item immediately the next day .
