Brilliant idea. Amazingly clever that even when frozen the pack is still flexible. Really helped my tennis elbow

This is just so much more effective than applying an ice pack. It's completely all encompassing, and you can get on with your daily activities as you are wearing it. It does seems to warm up quickly from ice cold, but I think that might also be me getting used to the cold. I am buying 2 and alternating. Word of caution: it's cold, so on older skin (which is more fragile/thin), you need to be extremely careful not to cause an ice burn, so only use for half minutes and then re-apply rather than keep it on for a long time.

This is a good product but there are a few things you need to know about it. I can only write this review based on use as a child compress I haven't used it as a hot compress as yet. Make sure you but the right size. That may sound obvious but I recommend measuring the body part you indeed to use it on then checking which size you need to buy. Don't leave it in the freezer to cool down for too long. This product when frozen is really cold, so with its snug fit of it's too cold you won't be able to keep it on fire the time you need it. It will be very freezing to the point of hurting. This is go different to putting ice directly on your skin, so people putting negative reviews based on this need to think about this before deciding the product is faulty. The stitching could have been better. The first time I put mine in some of the stitching came out. It wasn't the past which affected the product and I'll sew it closed, but from a product point of view and considering many reviews have stated this, the manufacturer should have used stronger thread, I mean come on thread isn't that expensive. The fit is great and steady. When you get the right corner of the compress it feels great. I bought one for my knee and am really happy with it. Lastly I've seen reviews trekking people to leave it in the freezer at all times even when not in use. That is terrible advice. Don't leave this product in the freezer unless you intend to use it soon after. It can negatively impact on the lifecycle of this product.

Prefect for arm or knee

Okay. Good quality, well made. Freezes well. Comfortable putting it on. Doesn't stay cold for long as many other reviews say. I would say you get 10 mins max of ice cold therapy from it.

Good fit, comfortable and well made. Ive only used it straight from the freezer, so I can't comment on the heat. Will highly recommend this product.

Soooo comfortable and malleable! Haven’t tried warm yet but I do hope it won’t brake inside the microwave so fingers crossed on that.

Really impressed and cools down pretty quick. Far better than an ice pack but the only down side is it warms up a little quick but they say you should only have it on for 15/20 mins but I would like more. Well worth it for elbow or knee though as it gets really cold and covers all the way round. Definitely buying again. I have a 14" bicep and slim wrists and the medium fit perfectly.

Dit werkt echt voor sportblessures: eerst 10 minuten gekoeld uit de vriezer, dan 10 minuten verwarmd uit de magnetron. Let wel op dat het met oudere magnetrons echt wel 3 minuten op stand 3 is om 'm warm te krijgen. Verder goed voelen of de randjes onder en de naad in het midden niet te heet zijn geworden voor je 'm om doet. Blijft goed zitten bij het lopen en geeft prettige compressie.

Utilisé pour une tendinite epicondylite au coude. Je l’utilise 3 fois par jour et ça me fait vraiment du bien. Le produit serre bien et fait le taf. Par contre le froid c’est maxi 20 minutes. Je recommande ce produit

Veramente un buon prodotto. Non mantiene il freddo per molto tempo, giusto i 10 min che mi ha chiesto l ortopedico. È di contro molto comoda perché la metti in congelatore e dopo qualche ora è pronta all uso.
