The deep freeze gel is the best. This one is too mild and not effective. Not worth the money

I have awful back pain associated with my fybromyalgia. I have Crohn’s as well (lucky lucky lucky!) so needed something without ibuprofen in it. This helped. Not a cure or total pain relief but did help
