Q: why are you selling counterfit chains?

I had the same issue with the pins sticking and it was causing my chain to jump all over the place on rear cassette. I had this happen twice. After the second time I checked the ware of the chain and it only had 690 miles on it. And it was WAY past worn at that point. A real chain should last at least 2,000 miles. The quick link this chain came with just read "11s". A real Shimano quick link looks very different. Also the font was different on this chain. Lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. And honestly I will just buy from a shop from now on. Hopefully my whole drivetrain isn't ruined.

Q: I want to remove the chain for cleaning and reinstall. Is the quick link reusable for reinstallation?

Shimano quick links aren't reusable, but you can always buy replacement quick links if you want to do this. That said, if you haven't tried out something like the Park Tool CM-5.2 for cleaning, you really should -- they do a fantastic job of cleaning to bright and shiny status without needing to break the chain.

Q: Would it work with dura ace 9000 crank set?

If you have a Dura Ace crank set I would go with the dour Ace chain: https://www.amazon.com/Shimano-Dura-Ace-CN7801-Chain/dp/B009KKDVJI. Don't cheap out. Get they right parts for your bike. Q: Will this chain work with and ultegra di2 11-32 setup?

I have in on Di2 11-33 with 36-52 on the front.
