Worked for one day. Customer support could not explain why device always diverts to off line. I have massive internet upload and download speed in My home to support the product and that couldn’t help a poorly designed product with substandard support. I bought 2 of theses Cams and neither ever worked. Frankly, they are both back in the box and I put them where they probably started from and that’s the trash.

The app doesn't work on newer versions of Android so you cannot use the app to configure wifi. The cloud service locks up accounts.

Plug and play. Had it working in 15 minutes. Slight delay as the image goes thru the internet. 2 way audio but only works when you do separate talk and listen (feedback static when both are on)Looking to buy another one!

Do not buy this product is a rip off, fr we worked two days to work. Won't even read barcode. I've had cheaper model with great success

Garbage. Doesn't hook up the way the directions say to connect. Can't view motion detected alerts on my iPhone. Can't watch live feed after the first day because it says "failed with the username and password error!" Many of the error messages are similar in nature as the are not proper translations to English. For example, when you log out it asks "whether logout" which is odd. The whole system is just a waste of money. If you can get it to work the picture is crystal clear but good luck with that cuz I got about a 90 second preview of it.

Very awful!! You can't rewind or forward. You literally have to watch in 5 min intervals. So if you are looking for something to happen at your house at 4:49 you have to watch the whole 4min and 59 seconds to get there. Also if you try to watch 2 videos back to back, the whole app will shut down and your camera will go off for about 10 mins. Sometimes you can't even watch a full 5 min clip without the videos ending for no apparent reason. Would not waste your money on this product whatsoever!!
