Q: Two of the leather straps broke. Is there a warranty on this product? Thank you.

That's a good question but I don't know the answer to it. I'm on my second one as one of the straps broke and the rivets were rusting. The rivets around the mouth should at least be brass so they don't rust. Anyway, if you find the answer I'd appreciate finding out as well. Something else they should probably use rubber instead of leather around the mouth, that's where mine broke

Q: How is the muzzle properly put on ?

Hello!Muzzle has several adjustable starps that you can unleash and put on your dog's snout.By adjusting the straps you find the proper fit for your dog.This muzzle comes in two sizes. When you buy please make sure you measured your dog's snout correctly and you have selected a correct size.

Q: I cant figure out how to use. Someone please show me how.

In order to put on a muzzle, please put the leather basket on dog’s snout. The top edge of the basket should sit at the base of dog’s snout, just below the eyes. Muzzle has a leather strap at the top, that should be placed over the middle of dog’s head from forehead to the back of the head, where it connects to another leather strap, that goes around the head (behind the ears). In order for the muzzle to fit properly, you should adjust the straps by buckling them. Also, please check product photos in the listing – this will help you understand how the muzzle should fit. Q: How does it go on the dog? Is it connected to the collar?

Hello!It has two adjustable straps - one between dog's eyes and the second one is around dog's neck behind ears. They allow to fix muzzle properly and comfortable for dog. It does not connected to a collar.Kind Regards,Nastia
