LibbeyRobusta Glass Mugs, Set of 12

These are sturdy mugs which have withstood many microwave heatings of water for tea.The round handles are close to the mugs and therefore are very easy to hold. I have had other mugs where the handles bowed out too far and easily slid from my grip.The flat and wide bottom of these mugs are secure on the coasters we use in order to protect our table from hot drinks. Our previous mugs were narrower and concave on the bottom and they had to be placed exactly in the center of the coasters. Several times the mugs tipped over because we didn’t watch closely enough and placed the mugs at the edge of the coasters. Hot tea all of the table and floor…what a mess.Love these mugs and would never purchase any other type of mug again.

These mugs are very sturdy, and dont seem to break easily since they are thick. The 13oz size is perfect, not too big nor too small. I ordered 7 boxes and not one single mug arrived broken. My customers loved the gift sets I made for christmas.

For some reason coffee tastes better in a mug and the weight of these adds to that. Whenever I prepare my coffee I use cream and am always reminded of Carly Simon's song "You're So Vain" where she sings about clouds in my coffee. LOL

Slightly thicker glass than the cups I had previously from Starbucks. All the Starbucks cups eventually cracked from hot/cold transition but I've had these cups for almost a year and not one has cracked, and I've purposely gone from boiling hot to cold and vice versa just to test them. I bought the 12 pack assuming I would need replacements over time but I use 5 of them and the rest remain in the garage. Love these cups, fit perfectly on my coffee warmer but handle doesn't get hot. The seam between the halves is minimal and only noticeable if you're looking for it. My guess is they hold about 12 oz.

There's a seam in the glass on the opposite side of the handle, which I thought was a little weird, but that's being picky haha. The glasses overall are really good quality and very durable! We used them to serve hot apple cider at our wedding and they worked great!
