I baked with this and use it in my tea and it serves equally well in both cases with a rich taste that actually give more than just "sweet". So good.

This honey is phenomenal. Unfortunately, the price this year was particularly extreme at about $25 a jar, but this is still much better than eBay, where it was being offered at $110 per jar.
