This can be spot washed as needed, but not machine washable.

Q: How do I heat this without a microwave? (I received as a guft, but haven't had a microwave in over a decade).

Google says to wrap in tin foil, place in preheated oven at 250 F for 30inutes. I've never done this as I have a microwave. It's worth a try but I would watch carefully as the cotton blend covering and handles could catch fire. Good luck.
