Q: does it work all day?

Yes, but you do have to clean your tongue if you eat or drink food that normally cause bad breath (i.e. coffee, onion, garlic etc.). For me keeping my tounge clean and rinsing with a mouthwash was the key. Since I find the taste of ProFresh difficult to bear, I use this rinse just once a day and regular mouthwash the rest of the day. I did use ProFresh as instructed in the beginning to get rid of the bactreria buildup then gradually switched to using it less often. However, your experience maybe different. Good luck!

Q: Does this work for postnasal drip bad breath

Wonderful product does exactly what it advertises it will do. I searched everywhere for a solution to the problem of bad breath and it is cured with this product

Q: What are the ingredients, all of them? Are there sweeteners of any kind? I’m diabetic and cant have sorbitol, gluten or alcohol.

The mixing initiates an active chemical reaction such that the ingredients present in the inactive components are not exactly the same as those present once activated. Q: do all the bottles come with activators?

Yes, with the starter kit you get 4 sets (A & B) of activators. 2 sets are to be used in the first bottle, then 1 set each for the other 2 bottles.
