FlexOne Folding Stool

This stool has been a lifesaver in my kitchen as I am a stroke survivor and can only stand for short periods of time. I fold the stool and tuck it into the small space between my oven and fridge, then pull it out when I need to sit for a bit. Its 24-inch height allows me to chop vegetables, stir foods on the stove, and wash dishes, all while sitting. It doesn't wobble and feels quite sturdy. The flexible seat material makes it comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. Because I have long legs, it has been difficult for me to get up from regular height seating since the stroke, but this stool is tall enough to allow me to easily stand and sit again. Also, because it is light-weight, it is easy to carry around the kitchen with one hand as I move from task to task. The only drawback might be if the person using this has reduced grip strength, because it requires a fairly good squeeze to release the handle for folding the stool, after which it practically folds itself. Fortunately, I'm able to manage that, so this stool is exactly what I need!

I am currently sidelined with a broken foot. So I wanted a stool that was portable and fairly tall, so I could practice archery, in a seated position. This one fits the bill perfectly. It folds flat, with ease, and has a high weight capacity (which, sadly, I need.). In the open position, it is 24" high, which means that I can get up without difficulty. This will make it much easier to stay in shape until I am back on my feet.

This stool was everything I wanted until I actually used it. I have a terrazzo floor in my kitchen and this stool slides! It does not have rubber tips to keep it in place. I almost fell on my rear end the first time I sat down on it. Fortunately I was close to the counter to grab onto. Disappointed. I'll have to go the the hardware store and look for rubber tips I can put on the bottom of the legs. I don't understand why they were not included.

We have a higher square kitchen table with 6 chairs. We needed two more for when we have family over for dinner. These are the exact height and store away in the closet easily when not in use. I'm 140lbs and actually prefer to sit on the stool when family is over! They do flex a little when you sit which makes them very comfortable. We've tested them with someone 225lbs and equally as comfortable. It is a stool so we have to be aware and careful using on the tile floor, we try to keep the little kids from climbing onto them, okay with our help. I would highly recommend!!!!

I bought this chair to sit on for 3 to 4 hours. I weigh 190. Unfortunately, it's made for 3 to 4 minutes of comfort. The seat area is half the size it should be to accommodate an adult. It folds nicely and takes little to no room to store. 5 stars there. If you need to use it for more than a few minutes, expect major discomfort.

This stool is everything i wanted. I like the tall height and its sturdy. Its comfier than other stools because the seat seems flexible when you sit as opposed to others that are hard. It folds and its put away fast and easy. Its so good.
